Professional Development Seminar: What kind of jobs are you looking for?

This seminar will equip graduate students in the field of mathematics with the skills and tools needed to apply for jobs in the mathematical sciences. Students will be able to prepare job application materials including a C.V., research statement, teaching statement and other materials. There will be opportunities to have job application materials peer-reviewed, and opportunities to revise their materials. Discussion panels from postdocs and new faculty will provide engaging and recent first-hand job experiences.
